My story with tennis didn't begin at love. As a junior tournament player, I was burnt out from the travel, and pressure of high-performance tennis. I struggled to learn from my mistakes and enjoy my time on court. It wasn't until I stepped back from the sport that my perspective changed. Armed with a new mindset centered on growth and enjoying the game through the faults, I began teaching full-time in Los Angeles in 2015.
Developing positive, growth-minded junior players is my passion. Tennis is a lifelong sport, so I believe in teaching foundational skills that my students can take on and off the court. Competitive doesn't mean negative. Success, joy, and performance come from improving. One shot at a time.
I believe in meeting players where they're at, whether you're 4 or 90, a beginner or a high-performance competitor there's a way to play that's best for you. Let's get you there.
